How To Make Easy Dukkah
This Egyptian classic Dukkah dip will taste amazing with chips and other finger foods! Whip up this seasoned dip in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- ½cupwalnuts
- ⅓cupalmondsor hazelnuts
- 2tbspsesame seeds
- 1tspground coriander
- 1tspground cumin
- ⅛tspground allspice
- ½tspfine sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper20 twists
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the walnuts and almonds.

Cook, stirring often for 3 minutes until the nuts are starting to smell fragrant.

Add the sesame seeds to the pan and continue cooking, stirring often, until the sesame seeds are turning lightly golden on the edges.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Transfer the nut and seed mixture to a food processor.

Add the coriander, cumin, allspice, salt and pepper.

Run the food processor for 10 seconds, or until the nuts are broken into a coarse, sand-like texture.

Transfer the dukkah to a bowl, serve, and enjoy!
