Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, and chopped
  • cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise, or salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Purée eggs in food processor or blender. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, green onion, dill, basil, Dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve with vegetables, pita bread wedges, or breadsticks. Enjoy!
