How To Make Cranberry Relish

A Thanksgiving meal is not complete without homemade cranberry relish. In this recipe, we are going to make a fresh batch with a touch of orange and apple.

  • 12ozcranberries
  • 1orangepeeled, see note
  • 1applepeeled and cored
  • cupbrown sugar
  • cupsugar
  • ¼tspcinnamon
  • cuppecansfinely chopped, optional


  1. Chop the orange and apple in a food processor, transfer to a bowl.

  2. Chop cranberries and add to the orange and apple mixture.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

  4. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
