How To Make Cranberry Relish
A Thanksgiving meal is not complete without homemade cranberry relish. In this recipe, we are going to make a fresh batch with a touch of orange and apple.

- 12ozcranberries
- 1orangepeeled, see note
- 1applepeeled and cored
- ⅓ cupbrown sugar
- ⅓ cupsugar
- ¼tspcinnamon
- ⅓ cuppecansfinely chopped, optional
Instructions

Chop the orange and apple in a food processor, transfer to a bowl.

Chop cranberries and add to the orange and apple mixture.

Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
