  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
