- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (optional) until well mixed.
