- ¼ cupmixed fresh herbschopped
- ¾cupdry white winesuch as Pinot Grigio
- olive oilfor drizzling
- freshly ground pepperto taste

Instructions

Combine the cheese and herbs in a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped. Add the wine and pulse until smooth for 30 to 45 seconds.
