Make your leftovers into a delicious dip with this herb dip recipe. The cheese bits and herbs are whipped with dry white wine for a tangy taste.

  • 12ozcheesewithout rinds, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cupmixed fresh herbschopped
  • ¾cupdry white winesuch as Pinot Grigio
  • olive oilfor drizzling
  • freshly ground pepperto taste
  • Cruditéfor serving
  • crackerfor serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the cheese and herbs in a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped. Add the wine and pulse until smooth for 30 to 45 seconds.

  2. Scrape the cheese mixture into a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with pepper. Serve at room temperature with crudités and crackers.
