How To Make Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
Make your own cinnamon dolce syrup at home with this 5-ingredient recipe. This will bring the flavor of autumn to your coffees and juices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Place a saucepan over medium-high heat; add water, brown sugar, and white sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Whisk cinnamon into sugar mixture until incorporated.

Continue whisking mixture until just before boiling and syrup-consistency. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool syrup completely, at least 1 hour. Pour syrup into a glass container and seal; store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
