How To Make Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Make your own delicious dressing at home with this simple cilantro-lime vinaigrette tossed with herbs and spices and mixed with the sweetness of honey.

  • ½cupcilantroleaves and stems, packed
  • 1garlic cloveminced
  • 1tbspfresh lime juice
  • 1tsphoney
  • ½tspcumin
  • ½cuplight olive oilor canola oil
  • 1tspapple cider vinegar
  • salt & pepperto taste


  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender or small food processor. Pulse a few times to chop up the cilantro.

  2. Turn blender onto low and slowly add in oil.

  3. Once blended, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
