The red and green bell peppers and ripe tomatoes evoke the spirit of Christmas in this cheese dip recipe. It’s easy and goes well with almost everything!

Ingredients

  • 2lbprocessed cheese food,eg. Velveeta
  • 2onions,diced
  • 3tomatoes,chopped
  • 6jalapeno peppers,seeded and minced
  • 1red bell pepper,diced
  • ½green bell pepper,diced

Instructions

  1. Melt the cheese in the top of a double-boiler over medium heat.

  2. Add the onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, red and green bell peppers.

  3. Mix well and heat for additional 10 minutes.
