  • 15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can) drained
  • ¼cuppeanut butter
  • ½cupcocoa powder
  • ½cupmaple syrup
  • 1tspvanilla

Optional Toppings:

  • chocolate syrup
  • mini chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor add the garbanzo beans, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pulse on High until smooth and creamy.

  2. Put into a serving bowl and drizzle with chocolate syrup and mini chocolate chips.

  3. Serve with pretzels, fruit, or graham crackers.
