How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter

Serve your dessert snacks with this sweet cookie butter, packed with crumbly sugar cookies and loaded with chocolate chips.

  • 2cupssugar cookies,(30 cookies), ground
  • ¼cupunsalted butter
  • ½cupsweetened condensed milk
  • ¼cupevaporated milk
  • 2tbspbrown sugar
  • 2tbspwater
  • ½cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Add the sugar cookies to the food processor until finely ground.

  2. Add the butter, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and brown sugar to a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds.

  3. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds again at 50% power until completely melted. Add in the cookie crumbs and stir until moistened.

  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. Add in water and stir until the mixture is smooth.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. Add in chocolate chips and stir before serving, and enjoy!
