There is a lot to love in this easy bacon dip. It has creamy Velveeta and cream cheese, a healthy portion of spinach, and some tomatoes and chilis.

  • 10ozspinach,frozen, thawed and drained, chopped
  • 16ozVelveeta cheese,cut into small cubes
  • 5ozcream cheese,cubed
  • 10ozRotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies,undrained
  • 8slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled


  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and microwave on High for 5 minutes or until everything is completely melted.

  2. Stir until well blended. Serve immediately with chips or crackers. Enjoy!
