
How To Make Cheddar and Jalapeño Popper Dip
This jalapeño popper dip is a spicy & creamy appetizer with cream cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, & crispy bread crumbs that are baked until gooey.

Ingredients
- 4ozjalapenos,diced, well drained
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 1cupsour cream
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- ¾cupparmesan cheese,shredded
For Topping:
- 1cuppanko bread crumbs
- 4tbspbutter,or margarine, melted
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,shredded
- 1tbspfresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

With a mixer on medium, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy.

Add cheddar cheese, ¾ cup parmesan cheese, and diced jalapenos, mix well.

Spread into an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
