  • 2carrots,peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2tbspginger,fresh, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1small shallot,roughly chopped
  • 2tbspwhite miso paste
  • 2tbsprice vinegar
  • 2tbspgrapeseed oil
  • 1tbspsesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the carrots, ginger, and shallot in a food processor; pulse until minced.

  2. Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the miso, vinegar, grapeseed oil, and sesame oil to carrot mixture and blend until smooth.
