
How To Make Buffalo Hummus
Try a hotter take on your usual hummus by whipping up our buffalo hummus recipe! It has a bit of spicy kick, and takes only 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- 30ozchickpeas,2 cans, drained and rinsed
- 5garlic cloves,peeled
- ¼cupwater,or 2 tbsp water + 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼cuptahini
- ¼cupblue cheese,crumbled, optional
- 8tbsphot sauce,to taste
- 2tbsplemon juice,freshly-squeezed
- 1½tspsmoked paprika
- 1tspground cumin
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspfreshly-ground black pepper
- olive oil,chopped roasted red peppers, thinly-sliced green onions, extra crumbled blue cheese, optional toppings
Instructions

Add the chickpeas, garlic, water, tahini, blue cheese, hot sauce, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to a food processor or blender.

Pulse until combined. Add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.

Serve with desired dippers, garnished with olive oil and other toppings, and enjoy!
