  • cupbrown sugar
  • 2tbsppaprika
  • 1tbspsmoked paprika
  • tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1tbspkosher salt
  • 1tbspgarlic powder
  • 1tbsponion powder
  • ¾tspmustard powder
  • ¼tspcayenne pepper


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle over briskets, vegetables, and more, and enjoy!
