- 3ozblue cheese,crumbled plus more for garnish
- 3tbspbuttermilk
- 2tbspsour cream
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- 1tsplemon juice
- ½tspworcestershire sauce
- ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
- ¼tspground mustard powder
- ¼tspkosher salt
Instructions

Stir together blue cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, garlic clove, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, ground mustard powder, and salt. If a creamier sauce is desired, blend with an immersion blender or in a food processor.

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
