  • 8 plum tomatoes, chopped

  • ¾ cup cilantro, minced
  • ¼ cup lime juice

  1. Combine the corn, black beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. Stir well. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
