- 2cupsfresh corn,or canned, or frozen corn, defrosted and drained
- 19ozblack beans,canned, drained, rinsed
- ¾cuptomato,ripe, diced
- 1jalapeno pepper,seeded, finely diced
- ½cupred onion,finely diced
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped
- 3tbsplime juice,(about 1½ limes), fresh
- 1tbspolive oil
- ½tspcumin
- salt,to taste
Instructions

Place the corn, beans, tomato, jalapeno pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt in a medium bowl and toss well to combine.
