
How To Make Black Bean and Tomato Salsa
This tomato salsa is packed with filling black beans, corn, and fresh tomatoes, all tossed in a zesty mix for a tastier dip!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 5cupsblack beans,cooked, rinsed, drained, *
- 2corn ears,or 1 can of organic corn, shucked, drained
- 6medium roma tomatoes,chopped, drained, **
- 2bunchesgreen onion,chopped
- 2limes,juiced
- fresh cilantro,chopped
- white wine vinegar,to taste
- jalapeño,fresh or pickled, or Fresno peppers
- salt,to taste
Instructions

Toss all the ingredients into a big bowl.

Stir it all together and chill for several hours.
