This tomato salsa is packed with filling black beans, corn, and fresh tomatoes, all tossed in a zesty mix for a tastier dip!

Ingredients

  • 5cupsblack beans,cooked, rinsed, drained, *
  • 2corn ears,or 1 can of organic corn, shucked, drained
  • 6medium roma tomatoes,chopped, drained, **
  • 2bunchesgreen onion,chopped
  • 2limes,juiced
  • fresh cilantro,chopped
  • white wine vinegar,to taste
  • jalapeño,fresh or pickled, or Fresno peppers
  • salt,to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients into a big bowl.

  2. Stir it all together and chill for several hours.

  3. Serve with chips, and enjoy!
