
How To Make Beefy Enchilada Dip
This fully loaded enchilada dip is sure to be a hit at your next party, especially because it’s full of beans, beef, tomatoes, cheese, and corn.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef
- 1mediumonion,chopped
- 15ozred enchilada sauce,can
- 15ozblack beans,can, rinsed and drained
- 14½oztomatoes,can, diced, drained
- 15ozcorn,can
- 3ozolives,can, sliced
- 2cupscheddar cheese
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tsppepper
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the ground beef is no longer pink and the onion is tender. Drain.

Add the red enchilada sauce, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and olives. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer on medium for 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add in cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
