Cooked in one pot, this beany salsa dip is made with a combination of cheddar cheese, fat-free refried beans, and salsa, for a delicious pair to snacks.

  • 1lbcheddar cheese,processed
  • 1canrefried beans,fat-free
  • 2cupssalsa
  • corn chips,for dipping
  • tomato,diced, or pepper, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into 1-inch chunks. Open the can of beans.

  2. Put the cheese, beans, and salsa in the pot. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is the same consistency.

  3. Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Garnish with diced tomato or pepper.

  4. Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
