This delicious bruschetta is super easy to make! It’s made even tastier and more unique with prunes, balsamic vinegar, goat cheese, and more!

  • ½balsamic vinegar
  • 1cupred onion,thinly sliced
  • 12Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Prunes,pitted
  • 12slicessourdough baguette,(¼-inch thick) toasted
  • 3ozgoat cheese,soft
  • 1cupbaby arugula leaves
  • 2tbspwalnuts,chopped


  1. Simmer the vinegar and onion for about 8 minutes, until the onion is tender.

  2. Stir in the prunes and simmer for about 3 minutes until warm.

  3. Top each toast with ¼ ounce of goat cheese, 3 arugula leaves, 1 tablespoon prune mixture, and ½ teaspoon of walnuts.
