
How To Make Avocado Ranch Dressing
Pair your salads and appetizers with this avocado ranch dressing, made with Greek yogurt and milk, combined with fresh dill, parsley, and chives.

Ingredients
- 1cupGreek yogurt,plain fat free or low-fat
- 1medium avocado,peeled and cored
- 1½tbspfresh lime juice
- 1garlic clove
- 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped, or 2 tsp dried
- 2tspfresh dill,chopped, or ½ tsp dried
- 2tspfresh chives,chopped, or ¾ tsp dried
- ½tsponion powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 6tbspmilk,as needed
Instructions

Add all dressing ingredients except for milk to a food processor. Pulse until well blended.

Add in milk 1 tablespoon at a time to reach the desired thickness. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes
 For a slightly richer dressing substitute 2 tablespoons of olive oil for some of the milk.
