Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados, cut in ¼inch dice
  • 2 Mangoes, cut in ¼-inch dice
  • 2 Limes, juice
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced (optional)
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, minced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced fine
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, minced
  • Sea Salt , to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium glass bowl (not metal), mix the diced avocado, diced mango, lime juice, jalapenos, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 1 hour before serving.
