How To Make Avocado Cilantro Dressing
You will love the guacamole-like taste of this cilantro dressing made with jalapeno, lime juice, and flavorful spices. Serve these over salads and more!

Ingredients
- 1avocado,peeled, pitted
- 1garlic clove,peeled
- ½small jalapeño
- ⅔cupfresh cilantro leaves,loosely-packed
- 3tbsplime juice,fresh
- 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 2tbspred wine vinegar,or apple cider vinegar
- ½tspground cumin
- ¼tspKosher salt
- ¼tspblack pepper
- ½cupwater
Instructions

Combine the avocado, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, cumin, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup of water in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.

Taste and season with extra salt and pepper, if needed.

Add a few extra tablespoons of water to thin out the dressing to desired consistency.
