  • 1mango,peeled, diced
  • 1avocado,peeled, diced
  • 1plum tomato,diced
  • 1garlic clove,minced
  • 1jalepeño,seeded, diced
  • ¼cupfresh cilantro,chopped
  • 2tbsplime juice,fresh
  • ¼cupred onion,chopped
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • salt and fresh pepper,to taste


  1. Combine the mango, avocado, tomato, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  2. Let it marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
