Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes, drained and slightly chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Slightly chop artichokes depending on how chunky you like them.

  2. Mix all ingredients and place in a small casserole dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees or microwave until bubbly and slightly brown on top, for about 35 minutes.

  4. Serve with plain, unsalted crackers.
