  • 8 oz plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz Italian Blend cheese, shredded
  • tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • garlic powder , to taste


  1. Mix together all ingredients together except the Parmesan and place in a sprayed casserole dish.

  2. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubby.

  3. Serve with crackers, tortillas, or corn chips.
