
How To Make Arbys Sauce
Be it for fries or for sandwiches, this copycat Arbys sauce lends smoky and tangy flavors using ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- ½cupketchup
- 1cupwater
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- ¼cupwhite vinegar
- ¾tsponion powder
- ¾tspgarlic powder
- ½tsppaprika
- 3tbspworcestershire sauce,such as Lea and Perrins
- ⅛tspSalt
- ⅛tspcayenne pepper
For Corn Starch Mixture:
- 1tbspcorn starch
- 2tbspwater
Instructions

Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 to 20 seconds. Pour ingredients into a small saucepan, heat on medium-low. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring several times.

After 20 minutes add cornstarch mixture and stir well. When sauce begins to thicken, let simmer on a very low temperature for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. The mixture will be similar in thickness to steak sauce.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
