How To Make Addicting Bean Dip

This rich bean dip has a combination of sour cream, cheddar, and salsa to create a balanced mix of savory and creamy flavors that’s perfect for chips.

  • 16orefried beans,(1 can)
  • 1cupsour cream
  • 3cupscheddar cheese,shredded and divided
  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
  • ½cupsalsa
  • 3tbsptaco seasoning

For Optional Toppings:

  • tomatoes
  • olives
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, 2 cups of shredded cheese, cream cheese, salsa and taco seasoning.

  3. In an 8×8-inch baking dish or skillet spread the mixture evenly. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  4. Garnish with favorite toppings, if desired. Enjoy!
