Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe

This black bean and corn salsa recipe is great to make for an appetizer at any party. Serve this with your favorite chips.

How To Make Black Bean and Corn Salsa

  • 19 oz black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped )
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped )
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper (ribs and seeds removed, diced )
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 large tomato (chopped and seeded)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced )
  • 12 oz kernel corn (drained or 1 ½ cups thawed corn kernels)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend before serving.
