How To Make Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- 19 oz black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped )
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped )
- 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper (ribs and seeds removed, diced )
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 large tomato (chopped and seeded)
- 1 garlic clove (minced )
- 12 oz kernel corn (drained or 1 ½ cups thawed corn kernels)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend before serving.
