  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup bok choy, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sriracha sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and cilantro until well combined.

  2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

  3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add bok choy, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well.

  4. Gently drop the wontons into the boiling broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they float to the surface.

  5. Serve the wonton soup hot, garnished with additional green onions and cilantro. Add a dash of Sriracha sauce for extra heat, if desired.
