  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. In a slow cooker, combine the fish, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, celery, and corn.
