Ingredients
- 2tspolive oil
- 1onion,large, diced or two small
- 2poblano peppers,seeded and diced
- 4ozgreen chilis,mild, canned, not drained
- Âľlbchicken breasts,diced
- 19ozwhite kidney beans
- 1cupcorn
- 1½tspchili powder
- ½tspcumin
- ½tsporegano
- 2cupschicken broth,reduced sodium
- 3tbspcilantro
- â…”cupsour cream
Instructions

Dice chicken into ½-inch cubes.

Add olive oil to a dutch oven. Soften onion and peppers over medium heat until translucent but not brown.

Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cilantro. Serve with desired toppings.
