For Meatballs:

  • 8ozground pork
  • ¼cupgreen onions,finely chopped
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • 1tspginger
  • 1egg
  • tspcornstarch
  • cupPanko bread crumbs

For Soup:

  • 8cupschicken broth
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • 1tspginger,minced
  • 1clove garlic,minced
  • 2cupsfrozen mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 2cupsegg noodles,uncooked
  • 4green onions,sliced


  1. Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Form into small ½-inch meatballs.

  2. Add broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil and gently add meatballs. Reduce heat to a simmer for 3 minutes.

  3. Add egg noodles and vegetables. Simmer for an additional 8 minutes or until egg noodles are tender.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in green onions. Serve immediately.
