- 8cupschicken broth
- 12ozmedium egg noodles
- 1yellow onion,chopped
- 4celery stalks,thinly sliced
- 2medium carrots,thinly sliced
- 1bay leaf
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspcoarse ground black pepper
- ½tsprosemary
- ½tspthyme
- 2cupsturkey meat,chopped
Instructions

Add the turkey carcass and broth to a large dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.

Remove the bones from the pot, then add in all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for about 12 minutes until noodles are cooked.
