- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
