  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables have softened.
