Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook until vegetables are tender.

  3. Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and beef broth.

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve the Taco Chili hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, and cilantro.
