  • 1lbGround Beef
  • 14.5ozwhole peeled tomatoes(2 cans)
  • 15ozkidney beans(1 can), drained and rinsed
  • 15ozpinto beans(1 can), drained and rinsed
  • 14ozwhole kernel corn(1 can)
  • 1oztaco seasoning(1 pack)
  • 1ozbuttermilk ranch dressing mix(1 pack)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned and crumbly.

  3. Stir and mix together the browned ground beef, tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, corn, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing in the crock of a slow cooker.

  4. Cook on Low for at least 3 hours.
