How To Make Sausage Cauliflower Brussels Sprouts Soup

  • 2 cups Brussel sprouts (quartered )
  • 1 cup sausage (sliced )
  • 4 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp red pepper (crushed )
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced )
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • ½ cup rotisserie chicken (sliced )
  • 1 cup celery (sliced )
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced )
  • 1 cup cauliflower (sliced )
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Put the chicken, sausage, and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the broth and add the crushed pepper and a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Stir each hour and cook on medium for 3 ½ hours.
  4. Lower the heat and cook for 1 more hour.
