  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove the sausage from the pot and set it aside.

  2. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
