Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

In a bowl, combine ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, green onions, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half to create a triangular shape, and press to seal. Repeat with the remaining pork mixture and wrappers.

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add the prepared wontons and cook for 5 minutes or until they float to the surface.

Add bok choy and carrot to the pot and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
