This mushroom soup is a creamy low fat meal that’s still loaded with flavor! It’s packed with a variety of mushrooms for a more delectable side.

  • 3tbspflour
  • 4cupswater
  • 4tspBetter than Bouillon Chicken,or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 5ozshiitake mushrooms,sliced
  • 8ozbaby bella mushrooms,sliced
  • 1celery
  • 1tbsplight butter,optional


  1. Place cold water and flour in a blender, then blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium pot, then transfer the pot to the stove to heat at medium.

  2. Add the celery, mushrooms, chicken bullion, and butter, then bring to a boil.

  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Transfer the celery and 1 cup of the soup in a blender. Blend until smooth, then return it to the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
