  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
