
How To Make Ground Turkey Soup
Grind some turkey meat and turn it into this creamy side dish. This turkey soup is made thicker and richer by the starchy potatoes and pearl barley.

Ingredients
- 1lbground turkey
- 8cupswater
- 8beef bouillon cube
- 4potatoes,peeled and cubed
- 2carrots,sliced
- 1small head cabbage,shredded
- 1cuppearl barley
Instructions

In a large pot, combine water, bouillon, potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Bring to a boil. Lower temperature, and simmer.

In a separate saucepan, brown the turkey. Put in pot with other ingredients. Slowly simmer for 1 hour.

Add barley for last 15 minutes of cooking time. Serve.
