  • Imagine® Chicken Bone Broth,1 box
  • 14.5ozGreat Value Diced Tomatoes With Green Peppers, Celery & Onions
  • ¾cupGreat Value Lentils
  • cupsGreat Value Pepper & Onion Blend,frozen
  • 1tbspfresh parsley,or fresh herbs of choice
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • Italian seasoning,to taste
  • cumin powder,to taste


  1. Combine the broth, undrained tomatoes, lentils, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and cumin powder.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Stir in the peppers and onions, then simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until the lentils are tender.

  4. Stir in the fresh parsley.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
