How To Make Crockpot Ham and Potato Soup

- 7cupspotatoes,diced
- 1medium onion,diced
- 1large carrot,chopped
- 2-3cupsham,diced
- 2tspparsley
- 1tspthyme leaves
- pepper,to taste
- 5cupsReady to Serve Chicken Broth
- 1cup2% milk
- ½cupsour cream
- pepper,to taste
Instructions

Add diced potatoes, onion, carrot, ham, thyme, parsley, pepper, and broth to a crockpot.

Cook on Low 7 hours, or High 3 hours.

Remove 2 to 3 cups of the potatoes/carrots and mash, then return the mashed mixture to the crockpot.

Add milk and sour cream. Stir and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
