
How To Make Creamy Turkey Wild Rice Soup
This wild rice soup is creamy, rich, and comforting. It comes loaded with veggies and mushrooms and is a great recipe for your leftover turkey.

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 4ozmushrooms,sliced
- 1cupcarrots,sliced
- 1cupcelery,sliced
- 1small onion,sliced
- 2tbspflour
- 3cupschicken broth
- 1cupquick cooking wild rice
- 12ozMcCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy
- 1cuphalf and half
- 3cupsturkey,shredded
- salt and pepper,to taste
- fresh parsley,chopped for garnish
Instructions

In a large stock pot over medium high heat, add the olive oil, mushrooms, carrots, celery and onion.

Cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.

Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add in the wild rice and reduce to a simmer and cook the rice until tender.

Add the turkey gravy, half and half, and turkey and cook until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
