How To Make Creamy Tomato Soup with Chives
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, smashed and peeled
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth, lower-salt
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Kosher salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tbsp. fresh chives, thinly sliced
Instructions
