- 1tbspolive oil
- 1onion,chopped
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tsppoultry seasoning
- 1cupcelery,sliced
- 1cupcarrots
- 2tbspflour
- 1cupcabbage,finely diced
- 8cupschicken broth
- 2cupschicken,cooked
- ½large red pepper,diced
- ½cupwild rice
- 1½cupsmushrooms
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high. Cook onion and garlic until slightly softened. Add carrots, celery, poultry seasoning, and flour. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients except for wild rice. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add rice and continue cooking uncovered for about 35 to 40 minutes or until rice is tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
